It must be uncool
for children to skip school
the right to learn has lapsed for some time now
for child and adolescent to have somehow
a decent education for a new way to be
to spell out freedom on the books of ABC.

On Brazil's every corner to set up a school
with a new way of teaching happiness for all
There are still so many without study as a right
that's what shows us this country's plight.

Joining forces, hand in hand,
in a headlong rush to learn
If apprenticeship goes beyond the ABC
every child as a citizen can be free.

Another way to use knowledge,
the Movement has shown the nation
taking up the challenge in the camps
Agrarian Reform, too, in Education.
